I can’t believe the noise levels! I heard every door slam and screaming child, which is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel, yet here we are. drinks at the rooftop bar? I woudl ve expected proper service, not just some disheveled ingredients handed to me. Honestly, I almost left a good review, but I just couldn't!

The dining scene is on fire! Bagatelle Dubai is a short stroll for epic brunch vibes, while the breakfast spread at the hotel had me drooling with its variety. The cozy pool area was another gem where I could chill and sip on my fave drinks. And let's not forget the hospitality, Mr Prasad and crew were top-notch, making you feel like royalty!
Room service was a bit sketchy. I had to pry them for tissues and ended up without hangers, which is a bummer. Plus, the metro isn’t as straightforward as they make it sound, and you won’t find any nearby markets. Still, the overall experience was shiny and bright, making me look past those bumps.

The sound insulation in the rooms could use some work. I could hear raucous kids next door and music from the bar below kept me awake on multiple occasions. I also had an issue with charging—after changing my check-out date, they still charged for an extra night because of a miscommunication. Some facilities felt a bit lacking. for instance, my room didn’t have bath towels upon arrival, which is an oversight that should never happen in a place like this. these distractions detracted from what could have been a smooth experience.

excellent service but noisy nights
The reception staff were welcoming, especially at my late check-in, offering speedy service. The housekeeping team maintained excellent cleanliness throughout my stay. my room always felt fresh. The breakfast variety was impressive, with a delightful selection that exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the proximity to the metro, making my daily excursions easy and enjoyable.
The sound insulation in the rooms could be improved. I often heard noise from adjacent rooms.
